Welcome to "Szó: The Famous Word Pub", a nice little spot in the middle of the countryside attracting word game lovers the world over! 

Meet Papa Pumpkin, the pub owner, his best friend Yudl, the head waiter, and get ready to play four unforgettable word games with their group of friends! 

WordCards - The Pricklepops are three competitive cactus sisters ready to play cards! Not just any cards, mind you, cards with random words from the dictionary printed on them! Take turns declaring different rules each round as the dealer! Do bigger words win? Do smaller words win? The dealer decides that...and more! Each hand will feel very different! Get more points than any of your opponents to win! 

WordPool - Mr. Paradise is a strategically stubborn tomato plant! In this word tile game, the board starts with a random word on it, as does each player's hand. Place a new word using the tiles from the word in your hand! But there's a twist! You have to use at least one tile from the word already played on the board! And only the last word played on the board gets to stay there! And you get a new word at the start of every turn! The game is timed, and whoever spends the least amount of time on the clock by the time the timer runs out wins! 

WordTennis - Boris Blatt is a leaf who loves to leave his opponents strategically stumped! In this word tile game, you start with two words. Using tiles from both words, place a word on the board. From that point on, you and your opponent will throw the words you play on the board to each other, so each turn you'll have to use tiles from the word you just got from your opponent AND a random word! Place those words, but they must have at least one green and one blue tile each, indicating the two words you started the turn with! Think quick before the timer runs out, because having the lowest thinking time at the end of the game gives you good ol' victory! 

WordTrain - Mushter is a puffball fungus, persistent, fun and meticulous! In this game, you and your opponent start with hands of cards, all with random words from the dictionary on them! One card starts on the board, and then you have to place a word whose first letter is the same as the last letter of the card, or whose last letter is the same as the first letter of the card. That way, you build a "word train" where you have to place cards quickly so as to build the train of words from both ends like dominoes! No match? No problem! Keep drawing cards until you get one! But be careful! You'll need to spend as less time thinking thank your opponent to get that covetous win jingle!

Each character in the game has a comic-book-style backstory! Play more games in order to unlock all six "Staff Stories"! Unlocking all stories results in a surprise you'll never forget!

Listen to a charming nostalgic soundtrack composed by Jared Gimbel while thinking about your next move! All tracks are available on Spotify, Apple Music and your favorite music service! Each character in the game has a distinct theme instrument!
